Kathy J. Ricci

As the the UMLF's Executive Director, Kathy has assisted small businesses in Utah through counseling, training and financing for twenty years. She loves helping to make a difference for Utah entrepreneurs and is an avid supporter of woman and minority owned businesses. She holds B.S. degrees in Management and Finance as well as an MBA.

Mickey Adams Grames

As Programs Manager, Mickey is fulfilling her passion working with the borrowers to help them develop their business plans and preparing them for the loan committee.  A former corporate executive, banker and small business consultant she also taught business plan development, cash flow forecasting and other entrepreneurial topics both in Utah and in Massachusetts.

Andi Catmull

Andi adeptly manages important account relationships with UMLF borrowers.  She thoughtfully works with them to resolve payment challenges that work to the benefit of both the UMLF and the small business owner.

Cheree Simpson

Cheree skillfully keeps the UMLF's books and finances in top notch shape.  Her fifteen plus years of experience in accounting, finance and small business ownership makes her an invaluable asset to not only the UMLF, but to our clients and many other small businesses in the community.
