STEP 2: Complete the Application Process

Our application package includes forms we will provide to you, your tax statements and the business plan you create. Together these will communicate the full vision for your small business.

  To prepare your loan application package :  

• Complete your Loan Application including all forms provided.

• Prepare a Personal Financial Statement (balance sheet)

• Prepare your Business Plan, complete with financial projections

• Provide copies of your last 3 years' personal tax returns

• Identify a co-signer (if necessary)

• For existing businesses:
• Provide copies of your last 3 years' business tax returns
• Provide current and historical business financial statements

• Submit your loan application by the appropriate Credit Committee Deadline with your $50 application fee.
